All orders will be prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving them. If for any reason this is not possible, the customer will receive an email notifying them and we will indicate a new estimated shipping date.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CANARY ISLANDS IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER 45 EUROS, ON ORDERS LESS THAN 45 EUROS THE COST WILL BE 7 EUROS.

NATIONAL SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER 45 EUROS, ON ORDERS LESS THAN 45 EUROS THE COST WILL BE 10 EUROS. Following the usual post office procedure (it may be subject to modifications), the delivery will consist of a first delivery attempt, which, if it does not occur, the post office will send a text message or email to the recipient, depending on the contact source attached to the package. , informing you that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. If the second delivery attempt is not successful, the post office will leave a notice with the shipping code, the address of the office where it was deposited and the period of stay there. Once this period has passed, the package will be returned to mysweetalpargatas. Therefore, a new shipment of the same will mean, on the part of the buyer, full payment for the new shipment.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please indicate your delivery address correctly when placing the order, any change of address once the order has been sent will result in a surcharge equivalent to the total shipping cost, in addition to a delay in the delivery of your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Orders are only sent/prepared once payment is confirmed. If payment has been made by bank transfer, please send us proof of payment to shop@mysweetalpargatas.com as soon as possible to expedite the process.

Our customers will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the items in their order. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.

A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.

In the case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim from the transport company. In the same way, it is advisable for the client to leave a record to the transport company.

If you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that the customer notify it as soon as possible, but if the order has already been sent it will not be possible to make any address change.

mysweetalpargatas ships to the Canary Islands, mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the European Union. (Taxes and other derived expenses will be paid at destination by the recipient)

Orders will be sent by postal mail ( www.correos.es ), by MRW ( www.mrw.es ) or by SEUR ( www.seur.es ). Once the shipment has been made, an email will be sent to you with the shipping number and the page where you can track it.

TAXES:

The prices of the products that are for sale in our e-commerce establishment mysweetalpargatas are exempt from IGIC because they are Retail Trade. For shipments outside the Canary Islands, taxes and other derived expenses will be paid at destination by the recipient.

RETURNS
Exchange and return of items
If you wish to exchange or return espadrilles purchased at www.mysweetalpargatas.com you can do so within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.



If you wish to exchange your order for a different item or another size, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted one.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the tag. Items that do not meet these characteristics will be denied.

Once you have requested a return from us, pack your espadrilles safely. It is important that you indicate in this document the espadrilles you wish to return.

Make the shipment, either by going to the Post Office and sending your package by certified mail or with return receipt or you can manage it with the courier company you prefer.



Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail or courier, mysweetalpargatas.com will not accept shipments with postage collect or cash on delivery and that return shipping costs will not be paid. The direct cost of returns will always be assumed by the customer except for defects or manufacturing defects. In that case, mysweetalpargatas.com will bear all the expenses incurred and will process the refund of the order amount in the same way it was paid.



WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS



The customer has the right of withdrawal within the calendar days following receipt of the item. To do this, it is necessary to send the order to the address written above. Once we receive the order and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the espadrilles. We will never refund the shipping cost.
